Trader Joe's might have tweaked the recipe slightly, but "ginger pinches" are quite authentically Japanese.The best ones are very small and thin; sadly, the import brand that's the right size is rarely as fresh and crisp as it should be, so the TJ brand might be a good alternative.-j.
